To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our booking guidelines before reserving your appointment.

• Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can fill your spot.
   
• Rescheduling: Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee before rebooking.
   
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
   
• No-Shows: No-shows will be required to prepay before booking again.
   
• Guests: Please come solo. Only 1 client person in the room at a time — kids in the treatment room are ok!
   
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a short intake form. This helps me understand your needs and ensures we start on time.

Before any treatment, it’s important to review contraindications — these are health conditions or factors that may prevent or delay your service for your safety and best results.

Common contraindications include:

• Skin infections, open wounds, or sores in the treatment area
   
• Active acne cysts or severe breakouts
   
• Recent sunburn or sun exposure that causes skin sensitivity
   
• Recent chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or other aggressive treatments
   
• Certain medications (like blood thinners or retinoids) that affect skin sensitivity
   
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding (please inform me so we can adjust your treatment)
   
• Chronic health conditions or allergies that may impact treatment safety
   

If you’re unsure whether a contraindication applies to you, please be honest during your consultation — your safety is my top priority.
I reserve the right to postpone or decline service if contraindications are present to protect your health.
