What to Expect
- Your skin will be cleansed and prepped before treatment.
- Hair is removed quickly and gently from the root using wax or sugar paste.
- You may feel a quick sting during removal, but it subsides fast.
- Results last 3–4 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle.
How to Prepare
- Hair length: Please allow at least 2–3 weeks of growth (about ¼ inch or the length of a grain of rice).
- Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours before your appointment to remove dead skin and help prevent ingrowns.
- Clean skin: Arrive freshly showered with no lotions, oils, or deodorant on the area being treated.
- Comfort: Wear loose clothing to avoid friction afterward.
- Timing: For best results, avoid scheduling around your menstrual cycle when sensitivity is higher.
